Drip
irrigation allows us to use 1/3 to 1/2 the water as conventional irrigation to grow our
crops.
Computerized control systems provide for precise timing of irrigations.
We can also use these systems to meter out fertilizer and pesticide directly
to the plant's roots.
Buried drip
is the most accurate way to get water, fertilizer and pesticide to the roots of a plant.
About half our drip acreage is irrigated with below ground tape.
